Ba Duan Jin is one of the oldest forms of Medical Qigong. This moving meditation combines eight gentle physical forms, deep controlled breathing and focused mindfulness to improve flexibility, reduce stress and promote the flow of internal energy (Qi). Detailed notes and journal prompts are included with this program.
