10 Week Shibashi Qigong Journey invites you to step out of stress and the rush of daily life to gently return to who you truly are. Using the graceful, accessible movements of Shibashi Qigong, this course creates a safe, supportive space to restore calm, rebuild resilience and reconnect with your body, breath and inner stillness. There's nothing to learn - just a 'you' to remember.

Join one of our weekly sessions.

White Crane Qigong offers a variety of weekly sessions. With the exception of Thursday mornings, all are open to anyone who wishes to join. 


Qigong is a relatively easy,  ancient, somatic movement practice that is suitable to almost anyone. Benefits include:

I am fully qualified in classical, medical and modern Qigong with several years teaching experience, including trauma release, addiction and mental health.
