I am collaborating with my delightful and wise Classical Chinese/Japanese Medicine and Acupuncture teacher, Madeleine of Wu Wei Medicine to bring you 11 months of movement, acupuncture, meditation, tea and community.
As the seasons shift, so do our bodies, energy, and emotional landscapes. This Qigong and acupuncture program is designed to support you through times of seasonal transition, when we are often most vulnerable to imbalance.
Drawing on the wisdom of Chinese medicine, these two complementary modalities work together to help regulate the nervous system, strengthen immunity, and harmonise the body with the rhythms of nature.
Through mindful Qigong movement, breath, and intention, paired with the deeply restorative effects of acupuncture, participants are guided to release what no longer serves, nourish what is needed, and move into each new season with greater ease, resilience, and grace.
This program offers a grounded, holistic approach to seasonal wellness—supporting physical vitality, emotional balance and a felt sense of connection to the natural world.
Our first session is on Friday, February 20th from 4:30 to 6:30pm at the lovely Suffolk Park Hall. Location and time remain the same for each month.
You may attend as many sessions as you like. Bookings are essential.
No experience required.

Not everything can be resolved through talk therapy alone. Trauma, stress and emotional tension tend to become locked within the body. This can lead to depression, illness and disease.
Qigong's gentle yet potent movements strategically help to release harmful energies, helping to restore inner peace and balance.
Private sessions are available in person and on line. Cost is $100 for the hour.
